Read the colour
Three currencies, different destinations.
The official help center distinguishes these balances. Do not choose a Gem pack by quantity alone or assume that a valid balance is usable on every related site.

These apply to CreatePorn itself. They do not provide a universal balance for the niche sites, so keep the intended destination beside the receipt.

These apply to supported niche sites while excluding CreatePorn. A niche-site purchase can therefore be unsuitable for someone planning to use only the main site.
Before another attempt
Separate the format from the problem.
The public product navigation includes images, GIFs, videos and comics. A useful guide begins with the task and the engine involved, rather than assuming every format shares one workflow.

Clarify the visual target
For a non-explicit fictional scene, name the required framing, clothing and setting. Remove conflicting instructions before adding more tags or stronger emphasis.

Preserve the baseline
Record the displayed engine or style, selected presets and custom wording. Change one relevant choice at a time so a later difference is possible to explain.

Describe the observed issue
A queue delay, a failed job, missing output and a visible quality problem need different evidence. Keep the creation link, exact status and occurrence time together.
A library with a purpose
Make the saved collection easier to use.
A fictional story project may have several portrait versions, background references and alternate styles. Give each collection a clear boundary before sorting everything into another album. A project name, a short selection rule and a representative cover make later browsing easier to understand. Start with a small group and decide which items are current, alternate or no longer needed. Removing an album entry is a different decision from deleting its underlying creation. This editorial example explains an organization method; it does not imply that a saved album is private or that we tested an account control.

Name the project
A project and content type make an album recognizable. Keep unnecessary personal information out of names and descriptions; a label is not an access-control setting.

Choose what belongs
Use a small selection rule such as current versions or project references. Organizing five related items is easier to assess than cleaning a large mixed library at once.

Read the action's scope
Removing an album entry, deleting a creation and deleting an account are different operations. Do not choose a destructive action to investigate an unclear label.

Can I upload a personal photograph?
The current FAQ says personal-image uploads and deepfakes are not permitted. Do not infer permission from another tool's capabilities or a similarly named website.
Does deleting the account cancel my subscription?
The official deletion guide explicitly says it does not. Confirm the billing task separately and retain the acknowledgement before an irreversible account action.
Does a generated image issue guarantee a refund?
No. The help center describes a general no-refund policy with particular Gem exceptions. Identify the job and the observed problem, then ask support to review the relevant case.
